What services do you offer?

Masterpiece art parties are designed for children ages 2 and up.  Each theme includes projects that are developmentally appropriate for each age group. 

Are there add-ons? 

YES!  We offer add-ons like invitations (both digital and hard copy), cupcake decorating, personalized gift bags, personalized aprons, and personalized t-shirts. 

What is your pricing?

Parties up to 10 artists are $300 plus the cost of any add-ons.  Have more artists? No problem, each additional artist is $10. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit that applies to your end balance. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take credit cards, personal checks and cash

What hours and times are you available to PARTY?

Fri 5-7:30pm,

Saturday 9:30-12, 1-3:30pm, 4:30-7pm,

Sunday 9:30-12, 1-3:30pm, 4:30-7pm

What is included in a Masterpiece Party?

Masterpiece is a mobile-based business, and our parties come to you.  We provide the tables, supplies and an instructor for each party.  We will set up the party, guide the lessons with up to three projects, and clean up afterward.  Each party will last 90-120 minutes with an additional hour allotted for set up and clean up. Artists are also provided an apron or t-shirt and a gift bag for their artwork that they may take home as party favors.

Since you are a mobile company, Where are your service areas?

We service Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, and Mesa.  If your area is not listed please call and based on availability we may be able to accommodate your party.

OMG!  My birthday child is sick...I need to cancel!

We get it...life happens!

Deposits required for an art pARTy are non-refundable if it is cancelled less than 4 weeks in advance of party date. If party is canceled before 4 weeks, a credit will be placed on file for one year. If your party needs to be canceled due to inclement weather or a sick birthday child, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date and time and your deposit will be applied to your new party date.

When is the final Headcount Due?

Final headcount is due 5 days before the date of your event. The price for any additional artists added after the 5 days increases to $20/additional artist. If your artists are not in attendance, the final head count still stands.
